The apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms one of which is ensuite. The master bedroom is a queen sized double with ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds. There is also a family bathroom across from this bedroom.
There is a large comfortable sitting room with adjoining dining for four people. Guests can avail of multiple cable channels and high speed WiFi.
The modern kitchen is fitted with all the conveniences expected including washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. The apartment is fully equipped for four guests.
With gas fired central heating the apartment is very cozy.
The location of this apartment is very good. It is located in a primarily residential development on the south side of the city. The development is very well laid out and cared for with beautifully maintained gardens and green areas. There is full time garden maintenance personnel on site to ensure the shared spaces are kept in the best condition possible.
One of the largest shopping centres in Europe, Dundrum Shopping Centre, is easily accessed by Luas or car. Here you can avail of shopping, dining and great entertainment. There is a multi-screen cinema with all the latest blockbusters.

When you have checked out the local area why not go a little further and take the short trip into Dublin City using the Luas. After just a 15 minute walk you can take the tram to St. Stephen’s Green right at the top of Grafton Street. Enjoy a walk in the park or take a stroll down Grafton Street pay a visit to Trinity College and visit the Book of Kells or any of the many attractions on offer in the city.
An immediate non-refundable booking deposit of €100 is required to secure booking. For stays costing more than €1500 a booking deposit of 20% is required. The balance of the payment is required not less than 6 weeks before arrival date.
The charge for utilities is €10 per day (gas, electricity and internet).

Cots and highchairs must be pre-ordered. Cot linen is not supplied and must be brought by guests.
Pets are welcome. There is an additional cleaning fee of €30 payable to caretaker on departure.
A refundable security deposit of €150 must be paid to the supervisor/caretaker on arrival. The deposit will be refunded once the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been compiled with. It is expected that the homes be left in a clean & tidy condition on departing. All rubbish should be gathered and stored in suitable plastic bags. Failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of security deposit. When a rental is for longer than one week, cleaning of the house during rental must be requested from the on-site manager and a fee may apply.
