Facilites in the house include: TV, Kitchen which has a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer. There is an onsite tennis court. The house also has an enclosed garden. Bed linen and duvets are provided and beds are made up on arrival. A travel cot is available on request.

The beach is one of the safest in Ireland for bathing and swimming as it slopes toward the sea without strong current. Another choice for swimmers would be the famous Pollock Holes; which the water changes in every tide. For indoor swimming there is the Waterworld with a range of facilities including bubble pool, shower geysers, lazy river ride and a 61m crystal tower slide.
There are a variety of good restaurants, cafes and bars, offering night-time musical entertainment. For those who love sport, there is a 18-Hole championship quality golf course, fishing, walking, pitch & Putt and Waterworld (indoor swimming pool and other water features). Kilkee is also a very good diving centre.
Kilkees night life is legendary. With its relaxed informality and late night aura, the nightowl is well catered for. The pubs and lounge bars have regular music and sing song sessions ranging from Grand Opera to the latest pop. Talent competitions, traditional Irish nights, cabaret, dancing and pub theatre are all regular features of the entertainment scene. There are several modern night-clubs also in the town.
An immediate non-refundable booking deposit of €150 per property is required to secure booking. The balance of the payment is required not less than 6 weeks before arrival date.
The charge for electricity is €5 per day in June, July, August & September and €7 per day for all other months, payable onsite. The houses use electric storage heating.
Bed linen is provided and towels are available at an additional charge of €4.50 per set. When a property is being rented for more than one week clients may liaise directly with the caretaker if fresh bed linen or towels are required. A nominal fee may apply for these additional services.
Cots and highchairs must be pre-ordered. Every effort will be made to provide these items but guests should remind the caretaker of their request when calling to make arrangements for checking in.
Pets are allowed at this location, at an extra fee of €50 for cleaning purposes, payable on site to caretaker.
A refundable security deposit of €150 must be paid to the supervisor/caretaker on arrival. The deposit will be refunded once the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been compiled with. It is expected that the homes be left in a clean & tidy condition on departing. All rubbish should be gathered and stored in suitable plastic bags. Failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of security deposit. When a rental is for longer than one week, cleaning of the house during rental must be requested from the on-site manager and a fee may apply.
