South Bay is located in the popular seaside resort of Rosslare Strand, just opposite The Bay Pub.
This large self catering holiday home has five comfortable bedrooms, an open plan living space, a well-equipped fitted kitchen, dining room and a separate sitting room with open fire and TV.
There is a downstairs toilet and the main bathroom upstairs has a bath with shower over the bath.
Bed Linen and Towels are provided within your rate.
There are five bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with double beds and two bedrooms with a single bed in each.
There is a patio and enclosed garden to the rear of the property.
Electricity and Oil are extra and charged at €8 per day during the summer and €10 per day during the winter. This is paid to the onsite caretaker.
A security deposit of €150 will be requested on arrival and returned on departure once the property is left in a clean and tidy condition

Kilmore Quay has a reputation as an angling centre species of fish available include bass,cod,shark, tope, ling, mackrel, bream, pollock, skate and whiting. It is an amazing location for diving as the area from Hook Head to Carnesore Point has long been known as the graveyard of a thousand ships. The fishing harbour has the added attraction of a leisure marina which has added a new dimension to the south coast with a sailing school, angling, diving and boat trips. Kilmore Quay and the area around it has many unspoilt beaches which offer miles of the finest sand dunes in the south-east. The boat themed playground is a big hit with the kids

The granddaddy of all lighthouses and has been voted number 1 lighthouse in the world. One of the oldest operational lighthouses in the world. It has a visitor’s centre, a café serving light meals and a gift shop. Guided tours, whale watching and family fun.
