Windmill Lane is the perfect location for business and leisure travellers (minimum stay 14 nights), located, just off Sir John Rogerson's Quay, with easy access to the City Centre. Positioned close to all major offices in the Grand Canal Dock and a short walk to the IFSC, the new Convention Centre and the 3 Arena concert venue , there are a great selection of restaurants, bars and shops and the Grand Canal Theatre only a short walk away. It has direct access to the north side of the city via the Samuel Beckett bridge.
The apartment has two double bedrooms and one bathroom.
It is in the heart of Dublin's financial district making it an ideal location for corporate and leisure lettings. Google HQ and the Dublin Convention Centre are within walking distance making it an ideal location for delegates visiting either.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with all utensils required. There is an open plan dining/living room with Virgin Media high speed internet and multi-channel TV.
The location of the apartment is excellent with access to the restaurants and shopping area in the Grand Canal area. There are many great facilities all within a short walk of the apartment so a car is not necessary. The city centre is about a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
Centrally located the south city centre, the apartment is within walking distance of tourist attractions such as Temple bar, Christchurch cathedral and the Four Courts. Local amenities include, shops, cafes restaurants, parks, river, gyms etc.
There are so many exciting and interesting activities to be explored for your stay at The Windmill. For example, Escape Boats, Metro Golf, The National Print Museum, Shelbourne Park Greyhound Stadium, Wakedock, Dublin Decoded, Surfdock Watersports and many many more.
An immediate non-refundable booking deposit of €100 is required to secure booking. For stays costing more than €1500 a booking deposit of 20% is required. The balance of the payment is required not less than 6 weeks before arrival date.
The charge for utilities is €10 per day (gas, electricity and internet).
Towels are available at most of our properties. Please check the symbols for facilities on individual properties for accurate information.
Cots & Highchairs
Cots and highchairs must be pre-ordered.
A refundable security deposit of €150 must be paid to the supervisor/caretaker on arrival. The deposit will be refunded once the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been compiled with. It is expected that the homes be left in a clean & tidy condition on departing. All rubbish should be gathered and stored in suitable plastic bags. Failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of security deposit. When a rental is for longer than one week, cleaning of the house during rental must be requested from the on-site manager and a fee may apply.
