This property

These modern self catering apartments are located in Stepaside, on the outskirts of Dublin city with good access to both city and country. They are within easy reach of all South Dublin areas including Dundrum, Stillorgan and UCD. They are an ideal location for corporate or holiday lets.

Accommodation

This vacation rental apartment has its own private entrance. It offers excellent self catering facilities for up to 3 people.

Located on the outskirts of the city it is ideal for a family vacation. The location is such that the city is within 35 minutes and yet the countryside in Wicklow is only 20 minutes away.

Trips to the city are made easy with the Tram station located within 10 minutes drive of the apartments.

County Wicklow has plenty to offer in terms of visitor attractions, golf courses and beaches. Guests can enjoy trips to Powerscourt Estate & Gardens and Powerscourt Waterfall. Glendalough is also a short drive away.

The apartment itself has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is a double room with ensuite shower-room. The second bedroom is a single room. A fold up bed can be provided for a 4th person if required.

The living area is open plan with living area and dining area and excellent modern kitchen. There are all the modern conveniences expected including washer/dryer, dishwasher etc.

There is a small balcony to the front overlooking a small park area with seating.

There is a children's playground on site.

House rules

The rates published are weekly rates, unless otherwise stated. During the peak summer season weekly lettings are from Saturday to Saturday. For off peak periods we can offer flexibility on arrival dates.

Weekend, mid-week and Bank Holiday rates are available on request by email or by telephone 0404 64608 (International 00353 404 64608).

Booking Deposit
An immediate non-refundable booking deposit of ?¢‚Äö¬¨150 per property is required to secure booking. For holidays costing over ?¢‚Äö¬¨1500 a booking deposit of 10% is required. The balance of the payment is required not less than 6 weeks before arrival date.

Electricity
The charge for electricity is ?¢‚Äö¬¨5 per day in June, July & August and ?¢‚Äö¬¨8 per day for all other months.

Towels
Towels are available at most of our properties. Please check the symbols for facilities on individual properties for accurate information.

Cots & Highchairs
Cots and highchairs must be pre-ordered.

Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of ?¢‚Äö¬¨100 must be paid to the supervisor/caretaker on arrival. The deposit will be refunded once the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been compiled with. It is expected that the homes be left in a clean & tidy condition on departing. All rubbish should be gathered and stored in suitable plastic bags. Failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of security deposit. When a rental is for longer than one week, cleaning of the house during rental must be requested from the on-site manager and a fee may apply.
