The apartment comes fully equipped and is presented in immaculate condition. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are ensuite, and a family bathroom. Each of the bedrooms has a double bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with all modern conveniences. There is multi-channel TV and WiFi.
Dublin city and all it's attractions are within minutes of the apartments. The 3 Arena (formerly Point Theatre) is within a few minutes walk of the apartments, making this an ideal location to stay when visiting the city for a concert or show.
An immediate non-refundable booking deposit of €100 is required to secure booking. For stays costing more than €1500 a booking deposit of 20% is required. The balance of the payment is required not less than 6 weeks before arrival date.
The charge for utilities is €9 per day (gas, electricity and internet).

Cots and highchairs must be pre-ordered.
A refundable security deposit of €150 must be paid to the supervisor/caretaker on arrival. The deposit will be refunded once the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been compiled with. It is expected that the homes be left in a clean & tidy condition on departing. All rubbish should be gathered and stored in suitable plastic bags. Failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of security deposit. When a rental is for longer than one week, cleaning of the house during rental must be requested from the on-site manager and a fee may apply.
