Located on the outskirts of Dublin city these apartments are ideally located across the road from the Luas (tram). The city can be accessed in an easy 20 minute tram journey. The apartments are modern, bright and fitted out to a very high standard.
The apartment is finished and furnished to a very high specification. There is a large, bright living-cum-dining area with an ultra-modern kitchen off the living area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all ware required for a self-catering holiday in Dublin. There is a dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. There is a small utility room in the hallway with a washer/dryer.
The bedrooms are bright and fresh. The master bedroom is ensuite. The second bedroom has two single beds. A cot and highchair are also available. The bathrooms are very modern, each with it’s own shower. The main bathroom has shower over bath while the ensuite bathroom has a shower cubicle.
There is multi-channel satellite TV and WiFi.
There is underground car parking for one car.
For stays longer than one week and for corporate rentals servicing of the apartment is available on request for a small extra charge.
This luxury apartment is located on the border of Sandyford/Stillorgan right across the road from the Stillorgan Luas stop. Immediately surrounding the apartments you can shop at either Dunnes Stores (Beacon Centre) or Aldi (grocery supermarkets). The Beacon Hotel is just a 3 or 4 minute walk where you can avail of the bar and restaurant.
One of the largest shopping centres in Europe, Dundrum Shopping Centre, is just two stops away on the Luas. Here you can avail of shopping, dining and great entertainment. There is a multi-screen cinema with all the latest blockbusters. If you are looking for something a little more personal check out the Mill Theatre for live theatre productions. Stillorgan can be accessed on foot or by car. There are plenty of attractions here including Stillorgan Shopping Centre, Bowling and Cinema.
There are a number of restaurants in the village with various cuisine types to suit all tastes. Enjoy burgers and pizzas at Gotham City or something a little lighter in Brambles Café.
When you have checked out the local area why not go a little further and take the short trip into Dublin City using the Luas. From right outside your door you can take the tram to St. Stephen’s Green right at the top of Grafton Street. Enjoy a walk in the park or take a stroll down Grafton Street. Wander on a little further and pay a visit to Trinity College and visit the Book of Kells.
An immediate non-refundable booking deposit of €100 is required to secure booking.
The charge for utilities is €10 per day (gas, electricity and internet).

Cots & Highchairs
Cots and highchairs must be pre-ordered.
A refundable security deposit of €150 must be paid to the supervisor/caretaker on arrival. The deposit will be refunded once the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been compiled with. It is expected that the homes be left in a clean & tidy condition on departing. All rubbish should be gathered and stored in suitable plastic bags. Failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of security deposit. When a rental is for longer than one week, cleaning of the house during rental must be requested from the on-site manager and a fee may apply.
