Each bedroom has a double bed with the master bedroom also offering an ensuite shower room. All bedding and bed linen is provided.
The Grange is ideally located just a short drive from Dublin City Centre, off the N11 route.
The area is serviced by numerous bus routes, including the 84, 75 and 46A-46E routes and benefits in terms of travel time from the Quality Bus Corridor (QBC).
The Sandyford Luas stop is within walking distance.
The Grange benefits from the Stillorgan Road and Brewery Road Cycle Way, which passes alongside the development.
An immediate non-refundable booking deposit of €100 is required to secure booking. For stays costing more than €1500 a booking deposit of 20% is required. The balance of the payment is required not less than 6 weeks before arrival date.
The charge for utilities is €10 per day (gas, electricity and internet).

Cots and highchairs must be pre-ordered.
A refundable security deposit of €150 must be paid to the supervisor/caretaker on arrival. The deposit will be refunded once the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been compiled with. It is expected that the homes be left in a clean & tidy condition on departing. All rubbish should be gathered and stored in suitable plastic bags. Failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of security deposit. When a rental is for longer than one week, cleaning of the house during rental must be requested from the on-site manager and a fee may apply.
