This large period house is located on the outskirts of Wexford Town in the sunny south-east of Ireland. Ideal for family groups looking to holiday together, groups of friends or families looking for somewhere to celebrate a special occassion. The accommodation is spacious with room for everyone and with a unique get away from it all feel.
This holiday home in Wexford is an ideal option for extended family to holiday together. There are seven bedrooms, most of which will sleep three people in a double/single room configuration. Two of the bedrooms make up a family suite with it's own ensuite bathroom. Large comfortable beds with top quality bedding will make sure all guests get a restful and enjoyable nights sleep.

The kitchen is large and fully equipped. There is a large American style refrigerator in order to store all the groceries guests will need for the meals to be cooked in this fabulous kitchen. All modern conveniences are supplied and there is a large dining table in the kitchen where breakfast can be served.
More formal dining can take place in the large dining room. Here guests can sit around a large table and enjoy a meal and a chat in a lovely relaxed atmosphere.
There is a large drawing room with a wood burning stove. This room offers a relaxing location where guests can unwind after a day of sightseeing in and around Wexford.
In order to keep all age groups happy there is another lounge area on the first floor suitable for the 'older children'. In this room there is a TV with DVD player with a selection of DVD's and CD's. There is also a selection of board games and other fun activities.
Kilmore Quay has a reputation as an angling centre species of fish available include bass,cod,shark, tope, ling, mackrel, bream, pollock, skate and whiting. It is an amazing location for diving as the area from Hook Head to Carnesore Point has long been known as the graveyard of a thousand ships. The fishing harbour has the added attraction of a leisure marina which has added a new dimension to the south coast with a sailing school, angling, diving and boat trips. Kilmore Quay and the area around it has many unspoilt beaches which offer miles of the finest sand dunes in the south-east. The boat themed playground is a big hit with the kids.

The granddaddy of all lighthouses and has been voted number 1 lighthouse in the world. One of the oldest operational lighthouses in the world. It has a visitor’s centre, a café serving light meals and a gift shop. Guided tours, whale watching and family fun.

Duncannon Fort Visitor Centre
Located in Duncannon New Ross
Opening times June-September daily 10am to 5.30pm
Rest of the year 10am to 4.30pm Guided tours available from 10am to 5pm
It is home to a Toy Museum, Art Gallery, Maritime and Military Museum, Croppy Boy Cell, Officers Tearoom and Craft Shop.
Kia Ora Mini Farm
Located between Gorey and Courtown

Easter Daily 10am to 5.30pm
Once paid in you get access to all attractions at no extra charge. You can feed and hold the animals. Milk a cow, get lost in a maze, dig in the sandpits, drive on the go-kart tracks, play football on the football pitch and dig with the mini diggers suitable for adults and kids. Picnics are welcome. Accessible for wheelchairs and buggy’s.
Located on the southern edge of Wexford Harbour. It has received the International Blue Flag award for 2014. The beach is accessed by various walkways and from its main car park. The beach is life guarded during the bathing season. There are many shops, pubs and restaurants in the area and Rosslare Water sports Centre offering windsurfing, kayaking and sailing lessons.

An immediate non-refundable booking deposit of €100 is required to secure booking. For stays costing more than €1500 a booking deposit of 20% is required. The balance of the payment is required not less than 6 weeks before arrival date. Non payment will result in a cancellation of your booking.
The charge for utilities is included in your rental rates.
Towels are available at most of our properties. Please check the symbols for facilities on individual properties for accurate information.
Cots and highchairs must be pre-ordered. Cot linen is not supplied and must be brought by guests.
A refundable security deposit of €250 is applicable. This is covered by credit card via the sales office. The deposit will be refunded once the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been compiled with. It is expected that the homes be left in a clean & tidy condition on departing. All rubbish should be gathered and stored in suitable plastic bags. Failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of security deposit. When a rental is for longer than one week, cleaning of the house during rental must be requested from the on-site manager and a fee may apply.
