This property

Rugby Lodge is a beautiful period property located in Ranelagh just south of the city centre. It is located on a quiet residential road and is just minutes walk from Ranelagh village and the light rail system to the city centre. It is in fact close enough to the city to walk in. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms, one of which is ensuite, along with a family bathroom. There is a large living room and a spacious kitchen looking out over the perfectly set back garden.

Accommodation

There are 3 comfortable bedrooms, one of which is ensuite, along with a family bathroom. The second bedroom can be configured as a double or twin - please specify at time of booking. The third bedroom has two single beds and overlooks the private back garden.

There is a large living room to the front of the house. Comfortably furnished it offers a very relaxing area for all the family. There is multi-channel satellite TV with Sky Sports and Sky Movies. High speed WiFi adds to the many great facilities offered.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped in terms of cooker, hob, large American Style fridge/freezer and microwave. There is everything needed to cook and serve a meal. No expense has been spared in providing all of the best equipment to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Close to home

Ranelagh Village is a contemporary village offering a wide selection of shops, restaurants and pubs. Supermarkets in the village include Super Valu and Lidl. There is a range of cafes offering coffee and treats! All of these facilities are within minutes walk of the house so a car is not necessary.

In the opposite direction to Ranelagh Village is Rathmines another thriving busy Dublin suburb. Here you can enjoy more shopping, restaurants and pubs and again all within an easy walk of the house.

Access to the business districts in Dublin 2, 4 & 6 is very easy either on foot or by public transport. Sandyford & Stillorgan Industrial & Business Parks are also easily accessed from the house using either a car, or more conveniently, using the Luas,

House rules

Booking Deposit

An immediate non-refundable booking deposit of €10 per property is required to secure booking. The balance of the payment is required not less than 6 weeks before arrival date.

Electricity

The charge for electricity is €5 per day in June, July & August and €8 per day for all other months.

Towels

Towels are available at most of our properties. Please check the symbols for facilities on individual properties for accurate information.

Cots & Highchairs

Cots and highchairs must be pre-ordered.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of €250 must be paid to the supervisor/caretaker on arrival. The deposit will be refunded once the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been compiled with. It is expected that the homes be left in a clean & tidy condition on departing. All rubbish should be gathered and stored in suitable plastic bags. Failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of security deposit. When a rental is for longer than one week, cleaning of the house during rental must be requested from the on-site manager and a fee may apply.
