The cottage is finished and equipped to a very high standard. There are 3 double bedrooms offering spacious accommodation for up to 6 people. There are beautiful scenic walks from the house with magnificent views of the wild untouched landscape.

Ventry Village is only 5 mins by car where there is the award winning Grocery shop and Post Office, Quinns Pub, Penny Pottery and Award Winning Skippers Family Fish Restaurant. You can enjoy a pint of Guiness in Quinns Pub with Magnificent views of Ventry Bay on a summers evening after a jump off the Pier.
5 minute car ride or 15min walk to the beautiful long sandy beach of Ventry which has a blue flag. The beach is Life Guarded and safe for swimming for all the family.
Longs Horseriding Stables are just behind the Village (5min drive) and you can avail of an early morning canter along Ventry Beach. Horse Riding lessons and gentle country treks are also available.
There is a 18 hole Links Dingle Golf Course just 5 kms away in Ballyfeiriter. There is also an excellent 18 hole Pitch and Put golf course just on outskirts of Dingle Town.
Dingle Town is just 7 kms away and there you can find many award winning Fish Restaurants, lovely cafes with home made food and quirky shops.
Dingle is renowned for its food and there is an excellent food market in the Town where you can sample local fare.
Surfing, Sailing, kayaking is available at the local sailing school in Dingle. There are Fishing Boat trips, Eco Trips and Blasket Island trips daily from Dingle Harbour.
Dingle also has one of the best Aquariums in Ireland so ideal for rainy days.
An immediate non-refundable booking deposit of €100 is required to secure booking. The balance of the payment is required not less than 6 weeks before arrival date.
The charge for utilities is €10 per day (gas, electricity).

Cots and highchairs must be pre-ordered.
A refundable security deposit of €150 must be paid to the supervisor/caretaker on arrival. The deposit will be refunded once the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been compiled with. It is expected that the homes be left in a clean & tidy condition on departing. All rubbish should be gathered and stored in suitable plastic bags. Failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of security deposit. When a rental is for longer than one week, cleaning of the house during rental must be requested from the on-site manager and a fee may apply.
